  6. Your Signature
    Sign the notice physically or electronically.

How to Submit Your DMCA Notice

Upon receiving your complete and valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will promptly:

  • Investigate your claim,
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, and
  • Notify the person responsible for the material (if applicable) of your claim.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content you posted on LivingAnimal.com was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification.

A Counter-Notification must include the following:

  1. Your Contact Information
    Provide your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so we can communicate with you.
  2. Identification of Removed Content

  3. Statement of Good Faith Belief

    “I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located or, if my address is outside of the United States, to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which LivingAnimal.com may be found, and I will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice or an agent of that party.”

  5. Your Signature
    Sign the Counter-Notification physically or electronically.

How to Submit a Counter-Notification

Upon receiving your complete and valid Counter-Notification, we will:

  • Forward it to the original complainant, and
  • Restore the removed material within 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a lawsuit against you in that time.
